I'm Ryan Brown, a Licensed Massage Therapist and proud owner of Vitality Health Massage in Midlothian, Virginia. Since becoming licensed in 2020, I've dedicated my career to helping people feel better, move more comfortably, and improve their overall well-being through personalized, therapeutic massage. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy, I work with everyone from athletes and busy professionals to seniors and individuals experiencing chronic muscle tension. Beyond my Midlothian office, I offer mobile massage therapy throughout Chesterfield, Richmond, and surrounding communities, bringing professional massage directly to your home. I also provide on-site chair massage for corporate wellness programs, employee appreciation events, schools, and special occasions, making relaxation and wellness more accessible wherever it's needed.
 

Through my work providing compassionate hospice massage therapy, I've learned that the power of human touch extends far beyond physical relief. Outside of my practice, I'm a devoted husband, father, and proud Catholic. We're a tennis-loving family, and when I'm not on the court, you might find me enjoying the outdoors, fly fishing, catching waves while surfing, or volunteering at my church. My faith, family, and love for an active lifestyle inspire the compassion, integrity, and genuine care I bring to every client.
