Although we are excited and look forward to seeing all of our wonderful clients again, our first priority must be the safety of our clients as we take this duty very seriously. Therefore, we have diligently reviewed every step of our client's experience and safety. We have designed new protocols to maximize the safety of our clients, while still providing the same high-quality, relaxing client experience.
Based on the recommendations of the American Massage Therapy Association and the research presented to us from The Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (Click Here), we are requiring all clients to wear a mask when they arrive at the office (regardless of a lack of symptoms) for the duration of this pandemic. After carefully measuring practicality, financial impacts, and medical risks associated with both sides of the mask question, we chose to implement this non-negotiable policy.
As your trusted licensed massage therapist, I am blessed to be able to help my clients with their stress and anxiety. This is one more step to making sure that when my clients visit my office, they feel comfortable in my care. Thank you for being a client of Vitality Health Massage.
OUR COVID-19 POLICY
PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT (COVID-19 SAFETY):
We will not be able to accept walk-in appointments.
Please complete your intake waiver and health update form electronically prior to your visit. You will answer several questions about COVID-19 symptoms so that we may do our best to keep everyone safe from any exposure to the virus.
We ask that you please wear a mask while in the lobby. Please wait for the therapist to greet you and let you know when he is ready to start your session.
ONCE YOU ENTER:
Clients and therapists will wear a mask at all times while in the lobby of the office. We will provide a mask if you forget to bring one. Face masks with an exhalation valve are not permitted because the one-way valve only protects the wearer. Your therapist will wear his mask during your session.
Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the office. If you use the restroom, please wash your hands.
Please do not eat or drink in the lobby, please speak quietly, and turn off the ringer/notifications on your cell phone.
