People with Masks

Covid-19 Statement

Although we are excited and look forward to seeing all of our wonderful clients again, our first priority must be the safety of our clients as we take this duty very seriously. Therefore, we have diligently reviewed every step of our client's experience and safety. We have designed new protocols to maximize the safety of our clients, while still providing the same high-quality, relaxing client experience.

Lucky for all of us, Covid-19 restrictions have changed. If you would like for me to wear a mask during the session, simply ask me and I will be glad to wear a mask. I respect all of my client's concerns about not only Covid 19 but other sicknesses such as the flu, a cold, or anything else. I want you to be absolutely comfortable while you are here and most of all, feel safe and that your therapist truly cares.

As your trusted licensed massage therapist, I am blessed to be able to help my clients with their stress and anxiety. This is one more step to making sure that when my clients visit my office, they feel comfortable in my care. Thank you for being a client of Vitality Health Massage.

OUR COVID-19 POLICY

PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT (COVID-19 SAFETY):

  • We will not be able to accept walk-in appointments.

  • Please complete your intake waiver and health update form electronically prior to your visit. You may be asked to answer several questions about COVID-19 symptoms so that we may do our best to keep everyone safe from any exposure to the virus.

UPON ARRIVAL:

  • You are welcome to wait in the lobby or in your vehicle until your appointment time arrives if you wish to do so.  Please wait for the therapist or text the therapist so that the therapist can greet you and let you know when they are ready to start your session.

ONCE YOU ENTER:

  • We will gladly provide a mask if you forget to bring one.  Face masks with an exhalation valve are not permitted because the one-way valve only protects the wearer. Your therapist will wear his mask during your session if requested by the client.

  • We ask that you please wash your hands before our session begins.

  • Please do not eat or drink in the lobby, please speak quietly, and turn off the ringer/notifications on your cell phone. This helps prevent distractions since I may be with a client or the other therapists in my office may have a client in session also.
