Although we are excited and look forward to seeing all of our wonderful clients again, our first priority must be the safety of our clients as we take this duty very seriously. Therefore, we have diligently reviewed every step of our client's experience and safety. We have designed new protocols to maximize the safety of our clients, while still providing the same high-quality, relaxing client experience.

Based on the recommendations of the American Massage Therapy Association and the research presented to us from The Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (Click Here), we are requiring all clients to wear a mask when they arrive at the office (regardless of a lack of symptoms) for the duration of this pandemic.  After carefully measuring practicality, financial impacts, and medical risks associated with both sides of the mask question, we chose to implement this non-negotiable policy.

As your trusted licensed massage therapist, I am blessed to be able to help my clients with their stress and anxiety. This is one more step to making sure that when my clients visit my office, that they feel comfortable in my care. Thank you for being a client of Vitality Health Massage.

  • We will not be able to accept walk-in appointments.

  • Please complete your intake waiver and health update form electronically prior to your visit. You will answer several questions about COVID-19 symptoms so that we may do our best to keep everyone safe from any exposure to the virus.

  • Please remain in your car until your therapist is ready for your appointment; you will receive a text or call at that time.

  • We are practicing social distancing in our scheduling, with extra time allowed between appointments in order to thoroughly disinfect the rooms and office.

  • Due to COVID-19, we cannot have any visitors in our lobby. If someone brings you to your appointment and needs to wait, he/she must remain in the vehicle.

  • We will be taking take each client’s temperature before his/her session. We have touchless forehead thermometers.

  • Clients and therapists will wear a mask at all times in all parts of the office, including during the massage.  The therapist will also wear a face shield.  We will provide a mask if you forget to bring one.  Face masks with an exhalation valve are not permitted because the one-way valve only protects the wearer.

  • Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.  If you use the restroom, please wash your hands.

  • We encourage clients to place all personal items (clothing, wallet, phone, jewelry, etc.) in the bin provided in the massage treatment room.

If you aren't able to wear a mask or you do not consent to have your temperature taken, then we cannot provide the service. Thank you for understanding and your willingness to keep all of our clients and therapists as safe as possible during the pandemic.
