So Why The Turtle Logo? So, why did I choose the turtle for my logo? For starters, I love the water and grew up surfing, fishing, and going to the beach almost every day. The turtle provides insights to consider how we should be mindful as we conduct our lives. View this page of our website to learn the symbolism behind the turtle logo and how my logo can remind you to take care of yourself, slow down, and be present for others in your life. Our Logo So Why The Turtle Logo? So, why did I choose the turtle for my logo? For starters, I love the water and grew up surfing, fishing, and going to the beach almost every day. The turtle provides insights to consider how we should be mindful as we conduct our lives. 1. Think of your own body as a shell. You are powerful enough to right yourself, even when others don’t believe you can. The turtle carries its ‘home’ on its back. They are one, as the turtle cannot leave its shell. In this, the turtle symbolizes that our body is our home. Your body serves to protect and shelter you, so take good care of it. This may be the most important symbolism that I want my clients to think about. Your body, your skin, and your muscles are our human shell. Our muscles are responsible for mobility, stability, posture, circulation, respiration, digestion, urination, vision, organ protection, temperature regulation, and childbirth. There are more than 600 muscles in the body functioning to keep you moving and alive, so this is why we should always take care of our bodies. 2. Let's also think of how we are always running at full speed. Learning how to slow down in our busy lives is a powerful lesson for humans who rush about at unhealthy speeds, often missing the important things in life that are right in front of them. Slowing down helps us to enjoy life, enjoy the company of others, heal our bodies, and most importantly, allow us time to take care of ourselves so we can be present in our lives. If the turtle had a mantra it would be “one small step at a time”. This Spirit Animal truly lives in the moment – taking one after another with simple, innocent acceptance. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey towards... ➤ Slowing down ➤ Taking some time for yourself so you can be better for your family and others in your life. ➤ Helping you ease the pain and aches of your body in your busy life. ➤ Providing therapy to help regain mobility so we can be more active in our life. ➤ To help provide support to help you with your goals "One Step At A Time." Here’s how it helps: 🔥 Benefits of Hot Stones During Massage: Muscle relaxation: The heat from the stones penetrates deep into the muscles, helping to release tightness and ease stiffness more quickly than manual massage alone. Improved circulation: Warmth encourages blood vessels to expand, promoting better oxygen flow and nutrient delivery throughout the body. Enhanced flexibility: Heated muscles are more pliable, which helps increase joint range of motion and reduce tension-related restrictions. This version clearly states the consequences of a late cancellation or no-show while maintaining a professional, client-friendly tone. If your memberships are prepaid monthly, you could also add a sentence clarifying that membership billing continues while the membership is on hold, or whether billing is paused as well, to avoid any confusion. 2. Additional fees will apply for any approved increase in session length based on the current service rates. By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this appointment modification policy. • Vitality Health Massage - Chair Massage

Need ideas for chair massage? Great for Staff Incentive, HealthFairs, Parties/Receptions, SportingEvents, Conferences, Birthdays, and more! Professional chair massage for employees and staff at corporate events. On-site workplace massage services that reduce stress and support employee wellness. Chair Massage Employee Reward Reward the winning department of a team competition with a fifteen-minute massage. After a stressful and demanding project, contract for a day of chair massage to show your appreciation for a job well done, or substitute a congratulation in the office newsletter after a strong fiscal quarter with a sign-up in the break room for a complimentary chair massage. Are Your Employees Overstressed? From manufacturers to hospitals to auto dealerships, companies across the country are using seated massage services to make work less of a pain in the neck for employees. Chair massage provides hard-working employees with a convenient method of alleviating the stress inherent in these competitive times. Slouching at a desk for prolonged periods often results in lower back pain. Repetitive motion injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, are common among office workers. A ten to twenty-minute stress-buster massage relieves tension in the neck, back, and shoulder muscles, reducing irritation and increasing productivity. Convenience Chair massage is performed in the workplace. Your employees will be seated upright on a special massage chair and will remain fully clothed. No oils are used, so there is no need for them to be concerned about stains on clothing. The session generally lasts from ten to twenty minutes. The chair is lightweight and portable, enabling it to be set up in virtually any office or break room. Benefits Studies by the Touch Research Institute in Miami, Florida, show that the benefits of chair massage have quick results. Immediately after massage sessions, the subjects experienced a change in brain waves in the direction of heightened alertness and better performance on math problems (completed in less time with fewer errors). At the end of the five-week study period, subjects reported reduced job stress and elevated moods. This was in addition to the usual benefits of massage, relief of muscular tension, revitalized energy, and a stronger immune system. The study’s findings are significant in that the International Labor Organization stated in its 1993 World Labor Report that job stress costs the U.S. economy $200 billion annually through diminished productivity, compensation claims, absenteeism, health insurance, and direct medical expenses. Techniques Used Chair massage utilizes acupressure and Swedish massage to relieve tension. Though beginning at a slower pace, the work moves a little faster as the practitioner proceeds. The session ends with quick, revitalizing strokes in order to bring the client back to a state of full consciousness. Safety The practitioner will demonstrate the procedure for getting on and off the massage chair for those not familiar with its use. Positioning is very important and the practitioner should check regularly throughout the session to be sure the client’s alignment remains correct. Shedule Your Event
